Marriage

Couples called by God to the Sacrament of Marriage should contact a priest at least 6 months prior to the desired wedding date. Please do not make final arrangements with caterers until you meet with the priest.

Pre-Cana

The Pre-Cana program is for engaged couples who wish to get married in the Catholic Church. The program provides an opportunity for the couple to discuss honestly with each other compatibility, family living, finances, Christian sexuality, the Sacrament of Matrimony, and their role in Church and society.

Please contact Deacon Dominic at the Rectory to register or for further information.

Baptism

Baptism is celebrated on the second and fourth Sundays each month and during Sunday Mass. Please contact the Rectory at least 4 months prior to the Baptism.

Pre-Jordan Sessions

The purpose of Pre-Jordan classes is to explain the history and theology of the Sacrament of Baptism, to offer the parents an opportunity to reassess their faith and responsibility, and to offer the support of our Parish community. In the first of two class sessions we explain the history, theology and symbols of the Sacrament of Baptism and provide parents with the Church's requirements regarding the selection of sponsors (godparents). In the second session we go through a dry rehearsal of a Baptism, showing the application of the lessons leaned in the first session. We also provide realistic suggestions on how to maintain a Christian household and conclude by explaining the ways in which our Parish is available to assist you in raising your Child Catholic.

Please register to attend these sessions prior to the birth of your child.

Contact Deacon Ralph at the rectory to register or to obtain further information, (215) 332-6166.
